Squirrel Wizard

I have knitted a squirrel wizard! This adventerous little guy will be given to a randomly chosen newsletter subscriber Monday, August 30th. If you aren’t subscribed to my newsletter, you can do so here. If you are, well, fair warning, you’re in the drawing for a stuffed squirrel.

Who says we don’t have fun here?

His staff is a branch from the vine maple tree in our yard, and his hat is removable. The bag can be opened and filled with what ever squirrelly things one would wish to fill it with. And, yes–his tail is oh-so-fluffy!

Knit patterns:

Backyard Squirrel by Sara Elizabeth Kellner

140 Hats for Bears by Little Owls Hut

(I made up the bag, so there’s not pattern for that.)

This is officially the 6th toy I’ve knit and given away through the newsletter this year. I’m hoping to do 12, so there might be a month or two where TWO toys are given away. (excite!) If you could choose a toy for me to knit, what would it be?
