For the next month or so, you’ll see an announcement and growing list of blogs at the beginning of my posts, which will hopefully get you to all the blogs and, if you follow them in order, will let you read the entire short story, HANG FIRE, which takes place between book 1 DEAD IRON and book 2 TIN SWIFT in the Age of Steam series.

I’ll also add a little note here at the bottom of the post about other things that are going on with writing, life, and all such excellent things.

Today’s excellent thing is the new BBC series SHERLOCK.

I have fallen head-over-penny-loafers in love with this series!  I am enjoying it so much, I bought the DVDs! (To tell you what a monumental event that is, the last series DVD I bought was PUSHING DAISIES. The one before that was FIREFLY.) Apparently my DVD-level love is difficult to earn and sparingly bestowed.

This is such a cool idea with the blog hop! I haven’t seen Sherlock Holmes yet but I have it on my Netflix list. Have heard great things about it.

Devon. Based upon your limited DVD love, I felt the need to suggest the series Wonderfalls.
It actually features the fabulous Lee Pace from Pushing Daisies and was some of the best writing on tv – which is probably why they never aired more than 3 episodes on tv. Like a good book, I can go back and watch episodes over and over. Can’t wait for the next installment of Allie and Zayvion’s story. In fact, I’ve recently gotten all of my friends hooked! Thanks for telling a great story from a unique perspective…

I’ve tried to get my hands on a copy of Wonderfalls! I’ve heard it’s great, but didn’t realize Lee Pace was in it. I’ll see if I can’t score a copy of it some how.

Thank you so much for reading, AND for getting your friends into my books. That’s just…pure awesome!
